Important information due to the COVID-19 situation:
Please ensure that the consignment is accepted. We reserve the right to charge additional costs for a delivery in vain.

 Voucher delivery

We will send you a voucher when you order a licence from us. Once you have paid, we will send the voucher directly to the e-mail address you provided. You will not be charged any shipping costs if your order consists purely of vouchers.

Delivery within Germany

We offer free shipping within Germany (mainland) for orders above €50 gross. Deliveries are made exclusively via UPS.

Please be aware that for deliveries to less populated or accessible domestic areas like islands an extended area surcharge of € 11.90 gross will be charged. The extended area surcharge also applies if the order value exceeds € 50 gross.

We do not ship parcels above the specified maximum weight.

In the case of shipment to a non-EU country, there may be additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) related to your order, which are not paid by us or invoiced by us.
